Seriously, i just am trying to avoid and make people avoid free directories.. But anyways for those who still submit regulary, this is a good list

There is no reason to avoid free directories. Google has stated that no backlinks can hurt your site, and directories provide good backlinks. I have PR3 and PR4 sites with only backlinks from free directories. Even better, they have good rankings in the search engines.
